Love the knife outstanding product was more than I expected
I replied 3 times for a return first time no reply 2nd time they replied sorry about the issue just return it 3rd time I asked for the address to send it to, never got answered. All that I wanted was to exchange this defective knife for another if they want more business from me, the owner needs to make good for this and I should NOT have to pay shipping for all this frustration. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
This is a great knife it has A great black finish the bolsters Swivel clean, the copper lining Is flawless, the leaf spring Fires, hard, And the blade is sharp. This is a great Knife
Had a slight issue with shipping but the knife is beautiful. Very well made and worth the price. The shipping issue was taken care of. The only problem was I paid extra for it to get to me faster but it actually took longer and I didn't receive any kind of refund. But again, I am very happy with the knife itself.
